I had an excellent experience at Xpel, Sheldon was knowledgeable with the products and his service was top notch. I ended up coating my car and installing basic PPF. Overall, great service and I’m really happy with the outcome of my car. I will recommend Xpel to anyone looking for coating, tinting and PPF.

Had a fantastic experience at XPEL Malaysia, thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Sheldon, SA at XPEL Malaysia. I went for both PPF and Tinting and the quality of both tinting and PPF is top-notch. Sheldon also made sure I was comfortable with the quote before proceeding, and the final cost matched exactly what was discussed. I done my BMW M340I FULL PPF in Xpel Ampang last week.My experience here is prefect and highly recommended. Look for Phoerix and Kok Hoong. They are very good and professional !When I plan to install full ppf, I research and study for many ppf brand because I have very bad experience for my last car ppf.Phoerix is very professional, patience and very detail explain in Xpel ppf. Why the price is higher than other, xpel quality compare to other, show me the sample and what is procedure to install for the PPF.After make a deal, she passed me to Kok Hoong(Installer).Before go to install xpel ppf, he call me to make appointment and arrange the car to go in. He explained very well how they will install ppf and how long it will take. He said he need 5 days but at the end, he manage to complete in 3 days.Once I reached the shop, he check and explain again the procedure.One thing I really like is, he said he only the one will drive my car move in and out from wash area, dedicate the place for my car only so that other would not touch my car. He also take my car pic every night and send to me before he leaving.He keep calling update the status and send the picture of progress.I have 2 cars also did for the full ppf before, but I need to say that Kok Hoong and team workmanship is really good and nearly perfect.PPF is chip in every corner and look very nice.After deliver the car, he make a call to check on my car condition.Ampang Shop look not so grand but the skill is really good.Thank you phoenix and Kok Hoong.Good Job!

Love their new office. Service is excellent. Was served by YinZheng (she is detailed, attentive and thorough) at the XPEL HQ center when I went to do coating and also premium wash. She even went through the car and what needed to touch up so that my Beemer will look like "brand" new. Definitely a place to recommend to go to if you want your car to look "brand" new. 👍👍👍 They even have an extra service - they will pick your car up in the morning and deliver back when it is done by end of the day. Below picture of XPEL staff checking the car before they drive it off to be sure car is accident free 😃
